A. Features The 'SUSHI STYLE UME' is a kei-truck camper based on Japan's unique 'Kei car' standard. When parked, the shell mounted on the truck bed expands its roof, creating a spacious living area for two adults. Its compact two-seater body is ideal for navigating Japan's narrow roads and tourist spots. B. Precautions 1. please be sure to check https://en.ws-ibaraki.com/rentalcar_price for pricing details. 2. check-in and check-out times are from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm during business hours, however, consecutive nights are available. Please inquire before making a reservation. We will be happy to accommodate you. Basically, check-in and check-out procedures are carried out at our sales office, but check-in and check-out are also available at the nearest station, JR Tsuchiura Station, as an option. *Please be sure to select this option if you are coming from overseas. I traveled in this lovely little camper around Hakuba and Nagano in winter. The car is very capable and comfortable to drive everywhere and was well equipped with charger station and sleeping bags and electric blanket. The blanket kept me warm on some very cold night's. If your brave like me it makes a great solo ski trip vehicle or perhaps much Comfier in slightly warmer weather. Pick up and drop off is super easy the owner meets you at the station they are very kind and helpful with a translation device so you can have any concerns discussed no problem. I would happily use this car again and recommend to anyone looking for something a little different to head to the less visited parts of Japan to consider this awesome little car.
Traveled all the way down to mt Fuji to camp. Car was perfect for two people. Very easy to drive
We had a great time with the Sushi Style Light Truck and we would 100% rent it again in the future! Thanks for the great service :)
