I loved the Bonfire "Box Turtle" and Junko-san was extremely kind, helpful, and communicative. The vehicle is very fun to drive and has lots of storage space. It is very well kept up and in near perfect condition. The navigation system is all in Japanese, but there is a dash mounted smartphone holder and GOOGLE Maps was spot on. The tent is very easy to use, quite spacious, and surprisingly comfortable to sleep in. The powerbank that is included was an awesome plus. I used it to power a variety of gadgets and it lasted for the entire weekend with power to spare. Junko-san also provides some thoughtful extras including an electric blanket, a rechargeable lamp, an electric kettle, and bottled water. I chose the optional EC Card and portable wifi as well which were both very handy. I will for sure rent the "Box Turtle" again, hopefull sometime soon!

很棒的露營車！露營器材裝載容量很大，除了租借的camping kit, 睡袋三個，還裝的了兩個行李箱，車頂帳的搭建也很簡單，我女兒非常喜歡待在上面。 我們一家三人到了富士山露營了三天，小型的車身非常方便停車，四驅的動力，不論上下坡或是凹凸不平的草地，都很安心，令人驚訝的是非常省油，東京的來回花了油費JPY 5,500', 最後當然是車子很帥，拍照非常令人滿意，有機會還會再租一次。
I rented Bonfire for 3 days to go on my first solo campervan trip, and had a fantastic time! It’s a great car, unbelievable amount of space and well maintained. Small enough to fit through the narrowest Tokyo backstreets and large enough to have 2 sleeping options (roof tent and inside the car. Junko is a wonderful host, she met me at Akabane station for pick up and drop off, and she was very responsive over WhatsApp for any help I needed. I highly recommend this for a first time campervan trip around Japan, and I’m sure it will be great for a seasoned traveller too. I look forward to renting Bonfire again!
すごくキレイで可愛い車でした！ 友達と3人で2泊3日の旅行で使用させて頂きました。 キャンピングカーならではのロマン溢れたギミックなどで飽きることのない旅行になりました！ ホルダーの方も親切で臨機応変に対応してくださったので是非また機会があれば利用させて頂きたいです😊

We (my wife, 2 boys, & I) rent this camper for 3 nights, and we really enjoyed this trip. Junko is very kind and friendly. All the equipments, including bonfire stand, tarp, big battery, and ETC card did help a lot. I never use roof-top tent before, and it is quite easy to setup. Definitely recommend BONFIRE.

We rented this amazing van for a week to drive and camp around Five Lakes and it was just perfect! The car drives very easy and you can put up the rooftent in just 5 minutes. We had a really nice time driving and camping with this van. If we ever come back, we for sure rent this van again. Junko is really Nice and easy in communication. She also gave us some tips for places to go and stay.
I had a wonderful solo camping trip cos of this little cute vehicle with a pop up camping tent on top of the roof . I have never gone camping . And I did this alone . I am so proud of myself but I must say Junko made my trip easy and fuss free. She was absolutely wonderful with the help I needed and guided me much to ensure I am safe and comfortable . And because I saw a friend who did it .. she told me I can do it even if I was alone. So do it ladies if you are deciding to be solo camping .
