Renting the camper van with Becchi-san was a fantastic experience. Not only did he provide us with a nice, efficiently usable camper van and great extra equipment - such as high quality camping table and chairs - most importantly, when we had a self-inflicted damage on the camper van he remained very calm and professional and solved it to the best possible outcome. The camper van itself was very practical, the space use was very efficient compared to even bigger vans we had used before. All storage space was useful and luggage / accessories easy to secure so stuff did not fly around the van when driving. It needed much less effort, compared to other vans, to set up at a site, unpack everything and re-pack the morning we left the site. It saved us over an hour each day not having to deal with the usual camper van routine of securing stuff like storing away the main table before driving, securing storage space etc. Most of the stuff was already secured when / after using. Anybody who dealt with the need of setting up a table before using and securing things again before driving knows what I am talking about. The electrical system and water system were very easy to use. The camper van even had a Thule awning, which provided the necessary shade against the hot summer sun. Thank you for the very much for renting us the camper van! The van was very good and your personal and professional interactions even better!

福島県桧原湖のキャップ場に1.5泊でキャンピングカーをお借りし息子2人と🐶1でキャンプに行ってきました。 車の使い方は分かりやすい資料がまとめてあって、事前に確認出来たので、スムーズでとても良かったです。 初日は☔️だったのでオーニング付きがとても助かり、キャンピングカーでのキャンプを満喫出来ました。 高速道路や現地道中もストレス無く運転出来ました。 また機会があれば是非お借りしたいです。 ありがとうございました。

お盆休みに2泊3日でキャンピングカーをレンタルしました！申請時から、車両にエアコンがない点をご配慮いただき、快適に過ごすための工夫やアドバイスまで丁寧に教えてくださり、とても助かりました！当日も車両の機能や使い方を詳しく説明していただき、利用中に生じた不明点にも迅速かつ的確に対応していただけたので、安心して旅行を楽しむことができました！次回はぜひ、友人たちとスキーやスノーボード旅行で利用したいです！！
