We had an amazing experience renting this car with a rooftop tent! It truly made our trip even more special and unforgettable. Everything was perfectly organized from start to finish, and Junko was incredibly helpful from day one, sharing great tips and even helping us plan parts of our trip. The car itself was great, clean, well-maintained, and fully equipped with everything we needed. Junko’s kindness and support made the whole experience so easy and enjoyable. 車で寝る時に備えつけのクッションがあったら頭が下がらず寝れて楽だったが用途が分からず家に置いてきてしまった。チャットが操作しにくく、車中で到着時刻の連絡を入れずらかった。

The car was perfect for our use! Small enough to navigate every street with ease, even for a first time driver in Japan, and incredibly fuel efficient on the longer stretches. The car fits a man of height 186cm without issue, and sleeping was always comfortable and cozy. We had everything we needed, and never ran into issues with the vehicle during our 1700 km drive. Junko is a very pleasant woman who speaks English really well. She stored our suitcases for us while we were out driving, and even found us a "beginner driver"-sticker to have on the back of the car (I asked if she had one, since I'm a careful driver). She was very helpful with providing all the information we needed for a safe trip, including an overview of Japanese road signs. We could also call/message her on WhatsApp if we had any questions or issues on the road. This is without a doubt the best way of seeing Japan, and this is - in our opinion - the best vehicle to do it with! We hope to return and make another trip one day. Thank you, Junko! 生憎の雨キャンプでルーフトップテントは使用できませんでしたが、のびのび足が伸ばせるスペースがあり、気持ちの良い車中泊ができました。 丁寧にご対応頂き素敵な休日を過ごすことができました。 また利用させていただきたいと思います。 お世話になりました。
